If their phone numbers have been collected as part of this, the PARTIES are informed that they can object to their use for commercial prospecting purposes by registering on the telephone canvassing opposition list either by sending a letter to OPPOSETEL (92-98 boulevard Victor Hugo, 92110 CLICHY), or by registering on the red list available on the website bloctel.gouv.fr. The PARTIES are also informed that the personal data concerning them collected by the MANDATOR on this occasion will be subject to computer processing necessary for their execution.
This data will be kept for the entire duration of the execution of this contract, plus the applicable legal prescription periods. As part of the contract execution, this data may be transmitted for exclusively technical purposes by the MANDATOR, as the data controller, to IT service providers ensuring their processing, hosting, and archiving. As part of the contract execution or in case of legitimate necessity, this data may be transmitted to the following recipients within the limits of their respective assignments:
• Electronic signature and electronic registered letter service providers;
• Companies responsible for work on the building;
• The local rent observatory and ANIL (National Agency for Information on Housing);
• Insurance organizations subscribed by the lessor or on behalf of the lessor;
• Housing assistance payment agencies;
• Bailiffs and the CCAPEX (Council for the Control of External Public Accountants) in the context of pre-litigation, litigation, or eviction proceedings.
The PARTIES are also informed that this personal data may be used by the MANDATOR as part of prospect and client file management and for purposes associated with this management, for the realization of direct marketing operations, for the management of access, rectification, and opposition rights, opinion management, the fight against money laundering, and terrorist financing.
By signing this contract, the LESSOR expressly accepts it.
By signing this contract, the LESSEE expressly accepts it.
Each party may request from the MANDATOR access to personal data concerning them, rectify, modify, delete, or object to their exploitation by sending an email to contact@vivre-en-france.eu or a letter to the address of the Agency indicated at the beginning of these terms. Any complaint may be filed with the National Commission for Informatics and Liberties (www.cnil.fr).
