Sit Back Host, LLC (“Sit Back Host,” “Dormigo,” “we” or “us”) take the privacy of your information very seriously. This policy explains how and for what purposes we use the information collected about you via this site or through other means of communication (e.g., emails or electronic information request forms) (collectively referred to below as the “Site”). Please read this privacy policy carefully. By using the Site and any services we offer via the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by this policy in respect of the information collected about you via this Site.

Collection of Personal Information
We will collect the following personal information from you:
Certain information required to register with the Site including first and last name, your address and date of birth together with some basic security information;
Details of any bookings you make through the Site (either through us or through third parties who use the Site as a booking platform);
Your e-mail address and password;
Billing information such as your bank account information, credit card number and expiry date, IRS W-9 form (for US tax purposes); or
Other information about you that you voluntarily supply to us.
Although it is not compulsory to give us this information, if you do not then you cannot register as a member of the Site or make a booking for accommodation with our Hosts.
If you post, comment, or share personal information, including ideas, suggestions, opinions, comments, observations, or other material (collectively, “Identity Information”) to any public forum on our Sites or Services, including any publication, article, social network page, blog, or other such forum (collectively, a “User Submission”), please be aware that any Identity Information disclosed in your User Submission can be read, viewed, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to contact you, send you unsolicited messages, or for purposes that neither you nor we control. Dormigo is not responsible for the Identity Information contained in your User Submission.
How We Use and Share Your Information
We (or your booking services provider) will use this information in order to:
Administer your booking;
Collect payment of accommodation fees from you on behalf of our Hosts;
Collect payment for any services you obtain while staying in our Hosts’ Accommodation;
Make general improvements to our Site and the services we offer;
Analyze how customers are making use of the Site or Services; or
Notify you of certain offers and new products (subject to your right to unsubscribe or opt-out).
We may utilize a payment processor to process and collect credit card or debit card payments. In order for payments to be processed, you may need to provide some necessary details about you to our agent. We tell you about this at the point we collect that information on the Site or through our Services.
We retain the right to disclose Identity Information as allowed or required by law. We may also disclose Identity Information under the following circumstances: (a) to respond to duly authorized information requests of police and governmental authorities; (b) to comply with any law, regulation, subpoena, or court order; (c) to investigate and help prevent security threats, fraud or other malicious activity; (d) to enforce and protect the rights and properties of Dormigo, its affiliates and its business partners; or (e) to protect the personal safety of our employees, agents, affiliates, business partners, customers or Site Users.
In the event of a merger, consolidation, or sale or transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of Dormigo, your Identity Information will be transferred to the purchasing or new entity. However, the use of this information by any purchasing or surviving entity would be governed by the terms of this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, including any amendment after such transaction.
We may, from time to time, take photographs and videos of events at Dormigo locations or Dormigo sponsored events. We may post such photographs and videos on our Sites or Services, including any social network pages (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn). We will use our reasonable efforts to remove any posted photo or video upon written notice from you requesting such removal. Please see contact information below.
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers and servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, Dormigo transfers Identity Information to the United States and processes it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
Children’s Privacy
Dormigo Sites or Services are not intended for use by children and are not targeted to children. Dormigo does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, solicit information from children, or market products to children.

Keeping Your Personal Information Secure
To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the appropriate use of the information, Dormigo utilizes generally accepted industry standards to protect your Identity Information submitted to Dormigo or relies on the services of third parties to provide the same. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your Identity Information.

Information automatically collected from your computer
Log files/IP addresses. When you visit the Site our web server automatically records your IP address. This IP address is not linked to any of your personal information. We may also gather other non-personal information (from which we cannot identify you) such as the type of your Internet browser, which we may use to provide you with a more effective service.
Cookies. When you visit the Site we may store some information (commonly known as a “cookie”) on your computer.
