Privacy policy to better serve the 'Personally Identifiable Information' (PII) according to the EU regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”)
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") provides for the regulation aimed at the protection of individuals and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data. Pursuant to the aforementioned legislation, the processing of your personal data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights. The company Torino Sweet Home Srl with its registered office in Turin at via Principe Tommaso, 35 as data controller, provides you with the following information pursuant to art. 13 of the GDPR.

    Your personal data will be kept for the entire duration of your contractual relationship with the Company. After the termination of the contractual relationship, the Company will retain personal data relating to the execution of the contract for the fulfillment of the obligations of contract and law, including tax.
    Later the personal data relating to the execution of the contract will be kept for a period not exceeding the statutory limitation period for any possible enforcement or defense of a right in court.
