Rental Agreement

° General terms and conditions (excluding special offer) :

For all bookings, 30% of the total cost of the stay will be deducted as a deposit.
The balance of the stay (excluding tourist tax and extras) must be paid no later than 60 days before the date of arrival.
Tourist tax (€1.82/day/adult, local council rate) and any extras consumed during your stay must be paid at check-out.
Methods of payment accepted by the establishment: cheques, bank transfer, distance selling by credit card and bank gateway on our website: www.alticimes.com
Payment methods not accepted by the establishment: American Express card, holiday vouchers, etc.
A deposit is required upon arrival (amount: see sales proposal). This deposit, which will not be cashed, will be returned within a maximum of 15 days if no damage has been noted at the time of departure.
Any booking confirmed by payment of a deposit or the balance of the stay implies acceptance of the house rules below.

° Cancellation policy (excluding special offer) :

  • Up to 60 days before arrival:
    The customer may cancel the reservation.
    The deposit will be saved for another stay.
    Subject to availability. Maximum postponement date: 08/04/2025 for winter stays, 02/11/2025 for summer stays.

  • Less than 60 days before arrival:
    The customer may cancel the reservation.
    Amounts already paid will be retained by the establishment.
    No postponement or refund will be possible.


° House rules:

Use the accommodation in a peaceful manner (no parties or noisy gatherings) and avoid making any noise that is harmful to the neighbours
The accommodation is non-smoking, so please do not smoke (cigarettes, e-cigarettes and puffs are forbidden) in the apartments and communal areas
Please do not store sports equipment (bicycles, skis, etc.) in the flats.
Do not store anything in the communal areas (pushchairs, luggage, etc.). Please contact reception for details.
Keep your accommodation clean and tidy.
Respect the maximum number of people and declare all occupants of the flat to the owner, for safety reasons.
Inform the owner immediately of any breakdowns, damage, incidents or malfunctions.
The tenant will be held responsible for any damage, theft or deterioration.

  • Check-in: between 5pm and 10pm (winter season), between 5pm and 8pm (spa season). After these deadlines, we will ask you to provide us with the tenant's identity papers and your bank card details so that we can take the deposit remotely and organise an independent arrival. If this information is not provided, access to the accommodation will be granted the next day when reception opens.

  • Check-out: between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. (winter season), between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. (spa season). Please confirm your check-out time with reception. Please empty the rubbish bins and wash the dishes. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to retain part of your deposit.
    For all departures before these deadlines, an inventory of fixtures will be organised in the flat the day before for the formalities.
    If the day of departure is brought forward during your stay, we reserve the right to relet any unused nights, even if they have been paid for.
