Illegal content
Users acknowledge that the Company has implemented appropriate control measures to ensure that Users comply with the Site's terms of use.

Specifically, in cases where the Company believes a User has published illegal or abusive content on the Site, the Company may, immediately and without any prior formality, remove the illegal content from the Site and, if necessary, delete its User Account and block that User's access to the Site.

Users are thus prohibited from communicating any incorrect or false information throughout the Services, and will ensure that they only transmit information that complies with public order, good morals, and any legal, regulatory or administrative rules.

The Company reserves ownership of the Users database of the Website.

The Company undertakes to take all appropriate technical and operational measures, in accordance with current technology, to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and security of the information or data to which it has access or which it is entrusted or of which it has knowledge within the framework of the Contract.

The Company undertakes to comply with all the provisions of the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, notably the Data Protection Act of January 6th 1978 relating to Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties (hereinafter "Data Protection Act") and the Digital Economy Trust Act of June 21st 2004.

The Company declares to have completed any formality, declaration with the National Commission for Data Protection (CNIL) or registration in the register of the correspondent for the protection of personal data, and to have obtained, where applicable, any authorization relating to the processing of personal data, which is the subject of the Contract.

Data is collected via website navigation (example: IP address) or via online forms. This data is essential for the processing of Users' requests.

The Company may only use users’ personal data for the sole purpose of running the Services. Users are notified that the recipients of this data are the Concierges, the Owners, the Company and the hosting provider of the Site and Services.

Cookies may also be automatically installed on the User's browser software during visits to the Site. By using a cookie, users can navigate to the Site.
