Illegal content
Users acknowledge that the Company has implemented appropriate control measures to ensure compliance by Users with the terms of use of the Site.
In particular, in the event that the Company considers that a User has published illegal or abusive content on the Site, the Company may, immediately and without any other prior formality, delete the illegal content from the Site and, if necessary, delete his User Account and will block this User's access to the Site.

The Company remains the owner of the database of Website Users.
