1 - BOOKING AND PAYMENT POLICY :
The reservation is confirmed only upon payment of a deposit. The final amount of your stay must be paid 30 days before arrival.
Deposit: 50% of the total stay amount is payable at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival.
For deposit payments by credit card, the card will be charged at the time of confirmation via a secure payment link. Bank checks are not accepted.
In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the stay will remain due.
No full or partial refund may be claimed in the event of early departure.
2 - CANCELLATION POLICY :
Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.
After this period, in the event of cancellation, postponed arrival, early departure, or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Any cancellation request will only become effective after written confirmation by La Dragonne SARL (by post or email).

3 - CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES :
Check-in: your accommodation will be available from 4:00 PM.
Check-out: the accommodation must be vacated no later than 10:00 AM.
Any delay will result in the charge of an additional night.
Early check-in / Late check-out:
Available upon request and subject to availability. Charge: 50% of the nightly rate.
Any late check-out after 10:00 AM without prior reservation will be charged at 100% of the nightly rate.
4 - ADDITIONAL SERVICES :
Baby cot (0–2 years): available free of charge upon request before your arrival, subject to availability.
HOUSE RULES
Any breach of these rules and/or local municipal laws engages your responsibility and may result in restoration costs and possible legal proceedings.
1 - OCCUPANCY OF THE ACCOMMODATION:
Guests may not allow undeclared persons into the accommodation without prior authorization from Management.
The accommodation may not be occupied by more people than declared at the time of booking.
2 - KEY MANAGEMENT:
A physical key is provided upon arrival. It must not be given to a third party and must be returned on the day of departure. Failure to return the key will result in a €250 charge.
3 - NOISE DISTURBANCE AND RESPECT FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Noise disturbances, including during daytime, are prohibited. Any guest causing disorder or disturbance may be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund.
To preserve the peace and quiet of the establishment and the neighborhood, silence is required between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Loud music, prolonged shouting, banging, and repeated noise are strictly prohibited. Parties and events are not allowed.
4 - RESPECT OF THE PREMISES, HYGIENE, AND SAFETY:
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and discreetly. Any exceptional cleaning required after departure (large amounts of waste, scattered food, damage, etc.) will be charged.
Any breach of hygiene or safety rules may result in immediate eviction without notice.
5 - PETS:
Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs and assistance dogs, which are admitted free of charge with prior approval from Management.
6 - DAMAGES AND LIABILITY:
In the event of damage, La Dragonne SARL reserves the right to charge the full amount of the damage incurred, as well as insurance administration fees.
7 - PARKING:
Private outdoor parking is available at La Ferme des Lombardes and the Les Lucioles residence.
The accommodation La Cachette includes two private parking spaces.
Additional vehicles must be parked outside the establishments.
Management declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft, or damage.
8 - NO SMOKING POLICY:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodations. Any accidental triggering of the fire alarm system will result in a €150 charge for resetting the system.
9 - TOURIST TAX:
Tourist tax is payable per person and per night. The applicable amount may be consulted at the local town hall or tourist office.
10 - DISPUTES:
In the event of any dispute, only the French courts shall have jurisdiction, and French law shall apply.
