Nevache, France (December 17, 2014) -- BookingSync, a fast growing French travel technology startup, is set to publicly re-launch its dynamic cloud-based vacation rental software. The re-launch includes a rebranding, new key features, and a number of strategic partnerships.

BookingSync marks its re-launch with a clean, fresh new look: a redesigned logo and web interface.

As for new features, BookingSync is releasing Full Property Management and Rates Management. In regards to the former, hosts are now able to manage rental descriptions, specify geographic locations, upload photos, select amenities, and launch special offers all from one central platform. With respect to Rates Management, BookingSync has built one of the easiest yet most flexible and complete rates engines in the VR space. It comes with a suite of yield management features for automated price updates.

In the way of partnerships, BookingSync has joined forces with Roomorama, a booking site for individuals and property managers to rent short-term lodging to guests. The partnership is BookingSync’s first full distribution integration in that hosts can market and synchronize all relevant property details — room description, photos, rates, among others — onto Roomorama. What’s more, 2-way availability synchronization and instant booking between platforms will be available as well.

BookingSync is working towards additional full distribution integrations, including one with HomeAway, the Austin, Texas-based vacation rental marketplace. At the moment, BookingSync property owners and managers can sync their availability calendars and rates onto HomeAway. This functionality further extends to HomeAway’s affiliate portal sites, e.g., VRBO, OwnersDirect, Abritel, Toprural, VacationRentals, Fewo-Direkt and AlugueTemporada. Full distribution is expected soon.
